Peter Boyce

Peter joined Goughs from a leading city firm in Bristol and concentrated on family law, personal injury and criminal defence work. Over the last fifteen years Peter has concentrated his energies on expanding the firm's family law case load and this is now his sole area of expertise. Peter has considerable experience in dealing with divorce, separation, financial and children's issues. He is a trained mediator accredited by the Solicitors Family Law Association. Peter is instructed by both private and publically funded clients and is able to deal with problems ranging from child support to complex financial settlements involving pensions advice. He is the firm's supervisor of welfare benefits, a member of the Law Society's Family Panel and a member of the UK College of Family Mediators.
